プライバシーポリシー

1. 基本方針

本アプリは会員登録やログインを必要としません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などをアプリ内で取得することはなく、個人情報を販売したり広告に利用したりすることもありません。広告SDK、アクセス解析SDK、アプリをまたいだトラッキングは使用していません。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

次の情報は、学習機能を提供するためにお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーやRevenueCatには送信されず、開発者がこれらを閲覧することはできません。

学習記録は「設定 ＞ 学習記録をすべてリセット」で、マイ単語帳の単語は一覧のスワイプ操作で削除できます。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報はすべて端末から消去されます。iPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップ等）を有効にしている場合は、ご自身のバックアップに含まれることがあります。

3. 端末の機能の利用

通知：許可された場合にのみ、毎日の学習リマインダーを端末内で予約するローカル通知を使います。通知の内容が外部に送信されることはありません。iOSの「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。

読み上げ：古文の読み上げにはiOS標準の音声合成を端末内で使用します。マイクは使用せず、音声データを収集しません。

4. アプリ内課金とRevenueCat

「みやび古文 Pro」は、Apple App Storeで一度だけ購入する買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。決済と返金はAppleが行い、開発者がクレジットカード番号やApple Accountのパスワードを受け取ることはありません。Appleによる情報の取り扱いにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

購入の確認と復元のため、開発者は業務委託先としてRevenueCat, Inc.のサービスを利用しています。RevenueCatはアカウントの代わりにランダムな匿名ID（App User ID）を作成し、アプリの起動時・購入状態の確認時・購入時・復元時に、次の情報を処理することがあります。

• 項目：匿名のApp User ID、Appleのレシートと購入履歴、商品・購入状態・購入日時、端末の種類・OS・アプリのバージョン・最終確認日時などの技術情報
• 目的：レシートの検証と不正購入の防止、Proアクセスの提供と復元、お問い合わせへの対応、購入状況の集計・分析
• 開発者が確認できる範囲：RevenueCatの管理画面で、匿名IDと購入状態・購入履歴を確認できます

現在の設定では、メールアドレス・氏名・連絡先・広告識別子（IDFA）・学習記録をRevenueCatに送信しておらず、購入に関する情報を広告やトラッキングに利用することはありません。将来ログイン機能や広告・効果測定の連携を追加する場合は、事前に本ポリシーを改定します。

5. 外国にある第三者への提供（委託）

RevenueCat, Inc.（アメリカ合衆国）は、上記の匿名ID・レシート・購入履歴・技術情報を米国で処理します。米国には日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦法はありませんが、州法（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など）や分野ごとの法令により個人情報が保護されています。各国の制度については個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報もご参照ください。RevenueCatは自社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、通信の暗号化などの安全管理措置を講じています。

RevenueCatのSDKは、購入の有無を確認し価格を表示するため、アプリの起動時にも匿名IDと上記の技術情報を処理することがあります。購入していない場合、購入履歴やレシートはありません。

6. お問い合わせのメール

サポートにメールを送られた場合、メールアドレスと記載された内容を受け取ります。これらはお問い合わせへの回答と対応記録の管理のためにのみ利用し、アクセスを開発者本人に限ったメールアカウントで管理します。

7. ウェブサイトと外部リンク

このウェブサイトはFirebase Hosting（Google）で運営しており、サイトの配信と保護のためにIPアドレス、ブラウザの情報、アクセスログなどの技術情報が処理されることがあります。本サイトではCookieやアクセス解析を使用していません。

本アプリの「出典・参考資料」画面から、大学入試センター・文部科学省・文化庁・国立国会図書館・国立国語研究所・青空文庫などの外部サイトを開くことができます。外部サイトでは、それぞれのサイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

8. 保存期間と削除・開示の請求

端末内の学習記録と設定は、アプリ内でリセットするか、アプリを削除するまで保存されます。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータとキャッシュされた匿名IDは消去されますが、AppleおよびRevenueCatのサーバーにある購入記録は自動では削除されません。

RevenueCatにある購入記録の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご希望の場合は、アプリの「設定 ＞ Proアクセス ＞購入サポートIDをコピー」で匿名IDをコピーし、メールでお知らせください。ご本人からの請求であることを確認したうえで、遅滞なく対応します。購入記録の削除は返金を意味せず、のちに購入を復元すると購入管理の記録が再び作成されることがあります。お問い合わせのメールは、対応に必要な期間のみ保存し、ご請求があれば削除します。

9. お子さまの利用

本アプリは主に大学受験を目指す高校生・受験生を対象としており、13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。未成年の方がProを購入する場合は、保護者の同意を得てください。

10. 事業者情報と改定

アプリの機能の変更などに応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、上記の施行日を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内でもお知らせします。

Overview

This policy describes how Miyabi Kobun (みやび古文), an iOS app by independent developer Osman Demiröz, handles information. The app does not require an account. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location, does not sell personal information, and does not include advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking SDKs.

Data Stored Only on Your Device

Study progress (answers, spaced-repetition schedule, weak-item list, bookmarks, notes, daily study time, points, and streaks), words you add to My Words, onboarding answers (study goal, challenges, daily goal, reminder time), settings, and recent searches are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to RevenueCat. You can erase study records with “Reset all study records” in Settings, delete My Words entries by swiping, or erase everything by deleting the app. This data may be included in your own iCloud or device backups.

Device Features

Notifications: if you allow them, the app schedules a daily local study reminder on your device. Speech: read-aloud uses on-device iOS speech synthesis; the microphone is not used.

In-App Purchase and RevenueCat

Miyabi Kobun Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds; we never receive your card details or Apple Account password. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider to validate purchases and restore access. RevenueCat creates a random anonymous App User ID and may process that ID, Apple receipts and purchase history, product and purchase status and timestamps, and technical information such as device type, OS version, app version, and last-seen time. This is used for receipt validation, fraud prevention, providing and restoring Pro access, support, and aggregated purchase reporting and analytics. We can see the anonymous ID and purchase status and history in the RevenueCat dashboard.

We do not send RevenueCat your email, name, contact details, advertising identifier, or study data, and purchase data is not used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat processes this information in the United States over encrypted connections. The SDK may process the anonymous ID and technical information when the app launches so it can check purchase status and display the price. If you have not purchased, there is no purchase history or receipt to process.

Support Emails, Website, and Links

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to respond and keep support records. This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which may process technical request data such as IP address and browser information; the site uses no cookies or analytics. Links in the app's Sources screen open external websites governed by their own policies.

Retention, Access, and Deletion

On-device data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Deleting the app does not delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of RevenueCat purchase records, copy your Purchase Support ID in Settings › Pro Access and email it to us. Deleting that record is not a refund, and restoring a purchase later may create purchase-management data again. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed and deleted on request.

Children and Changes

The app is intended for high-school students and other exam takers and is not directed to children under 13. Minors should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before purchasing.
